Kaiserschmarrn

Sweet Alpine delight…

Cold days are the perfect time to indulge. Sharing is caring – it’s Kaiserschmarrn time! With the recipe below, you can whip up traditional Kaiserschmarrn in no time at all.

Recipe for 4 people:
4 eggs (separated) from the Innerluferhof
30 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 packet vanilla sugar
375 ml milk
125 g flour
40 g butter
Icing sugar

Beat the egg yolks, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar in a bowl until creamy. Slowly stir in the milk and flour. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into the batter.
Heat the butter in a frying pan, pour in the batter and fry over a low heat until the underside is lightly browned. Keep turning until everything is lightly browned, tearing it apart as you go. Serve with icing sugar.

Merano Christmas Market

The famous Merano Christmas market stretches the length of the promenade. From culinary delights and mulled wine to a wide range of souvenirs – there’s something for everyone here.

Games afternoon and mulled wine in the cellar

Roll the Dice, sip the Wine…

In our cellar, you’ll find a wide selection of games. Choose one that takes your fancy and enjoy it with a hot cup of mulled wine.

Recipe for 4–6 people:
1 bottle of Vernatsch from the Innerluferhof
1 orange
4–5 tbsp sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
5–10 cloves
2 star anise
¼ cup water

shh shh Insider tip: You’ll find the mulled wine spice mix mentioned above, pre-measured and ready to use, right next to the home-made wine in the farm shop. Ideal for your own homemade mulled wine.


Meran 2000

Fancy a bit of sport?

The Meran 2000 skiing and hiking area has something for everyone! Whether it’s downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing or a hike – anything is possible. The Naif mountain railway in Obermais takes you to the skiing and hiking area in no time.

shh shh Fun fact: Origin of the name: Meran 2000 is situated at an altitude of approx. 2000 m, hence the name – but many people don’t know that this altitude is what creates the particularly sunny microclimate.

Therme Meran

Natural, thermal, Meran…

Located in the heart of the spa town of Merano, the Merano Thermal Baths invite you to unwind and relax. In winter, combined tickets are available for the Merano 2000 ski and hiking area. The package includes 4 hours of skiing and 3 hours in the pool.
Please note that tickets often sell out quickly.
