Luxury under the open sky – with a sauna, a fire pit and plenty of room to breathe!

NEW! From December 2026

A sauna of your own. No time slots, no strangers’ towels, no arrangements to make. At Chalet Jasmin Superior it belongs to your chalet, up on the roof terrace together with an open-air fire pit. The private outdoor area measures 165 m², the largest we have. Inside, 75 m² of living space awaits up to five guests. The holiday home is in Riffian, a seven-minute drive from Merano.

Sauna and fire on the roof terrace

The sauna stands on your own terrace. You go in whenever you like: after a hike, before dinner, at midnight. Then cool off outside with a view of the Ifinger.

When it gets dark, the fire pit is lit. There are few places where an evening stretches out so naturally: fire, mountain air and above you the starry sky of the Burgraviate.
The largest private outdoor area of our five chalets. Besides the sauna and fire pit, you will find sunny spots to retreat to, sun loungers with a parasol and a covered dining area. The gas barbecue is yours alone too.

Room for up to 5 guests

Two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area. Two bathrooms with rain showers, so nobody has to wait in the morning.

The kitchen-living room leaves nothing to be desired: ceramic hob, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. If you don’t feel like cooking, the farm shop sells produce from our own farm. On request, we bring fresh bread rolls every morning.

Riffian in the Passeier Valley

Merano is a seven-minute drive away. Riffian itself is quieter: at the foot of the Texel Group Nature Park, where the valley narrows.

For a chalet with a sauna, the cooler season is the best. In winter, the Naif valley station of Meran 2000 is a ten-minute drive away, and in the evening it is sauna and fire instead of a hotel bar. In autumn, the Rösslsteig and the Passer embankment path lead straight from the farm through the chestnut-covered slopes. And in summer there is still the pool down at the farm.

Included for all chalet guests

In addition to your private sauna, the shared Finnish sauna is available, free from October to March and for a small surcharge in summer. The heated pool at around 28 degrees and the hot tub at 32 degrees are open from April to early November. A fresh egg from our hens is ready for you every morning.

Is Chalet Jasmin Superior right for you?

Chalet Jasmin Superior is a good fit if you want to spend the evening outdoors without anyone else around, as a couple or as a small group of up to five.

If you would rather spend the day in the shade of a vine pergola, Chalet Hortensie has a 95 m² private garden. For a romantic holiday for two there is Chalet Rose with its four-poster bed and roof terrace. And if you are travelling as a group of six, you will need Chalet Azalee or Chalet Palme.
